Job Descriptions & Expectations
Day Camp Counselor
Day Camp Counselors must be 16 or older with leadership skills, flexibility, and a sense of humor. Some experience with childcare is preferred though not necessary.
Counselors lead groups and activities through a fast paced day, but then have the evenings off. All counselors live on site in our staff lodge, and are welcome to go offsite during the weekends and on Wednesday nights.

Overnight Counselor
Overnight Counselors must be 18 or older, with a strong faith and a heart for youth ministry. Some experience with childcare or youth ministry is preferred though not necessary.
Counselors must be prepared to engage campers throughout the day, and develop a cabin community with their campers at night. They also will be required to lead devotions with their cabin each night.
