Everything is included in the price

Included in every registration are all programmed activities, field trips, lunch and an afternoon snack for each camper. Campers will also receive a camp t-shirt to remember their summer at Beaver Cross!

Field Trips & Attractions

Field trips are back! We are pleased to be able to offer weekly field trips again in our program. Field trips are included in the cost of registration and not an added cost. Please see the table below for the trip scheduled each week.

Jr. CIT Program

Ready to be a Day Camp Counselor but aren't old enough? Our JR. CIT program is for children 14-16 years old with leadership potential and a love for Beaver Cross Day Camp! Under the mentor-ship of the Camp Director, take on leadership and learn about the inner working of Beaver Cross Day Camp.

APPLICATION

Early Drop-off

Beaver Cross Day Camp offers early drop-off for those families who have earlier starts to their day by allowing drop off at 7:30 a.m. Early drop off also includes a hot breakfast in our dining hall. Campers and staff depart for breakfast at 7:40 a.m.

The cost is $40 per child.

A Day At Daycamp

7:30 am - Early drop off with breakfast
This is optional for children arriving early to camp
8:00 am - Regular Drop Off
9:00 am - Good Morning God
Lively camp-wide worship music and engaging teaching
10:00 am - Skilled Activity
Children select an activity that is worked on each day at this time

11:30 am - Lunch
12:15 pm - Hangout Time
A time for campers to relax after lunch and prepare for an awesome, fun filled afternoon!
1:00 pm - Camper Choices
Children select activities for the afternoon based on their interests
5:00-5:30 pm - Pick Up

Did you know day camp qualifies as a daycare expense in NYS? At the end of each financial year, we will provide parents with an invoice showing payments towards childcare. This form may be submitted with your tax forms. Ask us about it!

PLEASE NOTE: Campers will participate in a swim test on their first Monday at camp. They must be present on that Monday in order to swim during their camp weeks.
