Counselor in Training


 A four-week program for 16 to 18-year-old young adults ready to take on the
​challenges and responsibilities of camp staff.
*This program requires an interview and an application for acceptance *

Camp Structure

  • CITs take part in staff training so that they can develop relationships with the staff and receive training before campers arrive. 
    • Arrival Date is the evening June 26th with training beginning in the morning of June 27th. 
  • After Training, CITs will be assigned to a counselor who they will shadow, assist, and be mentored by for the duration of the program.
  • CITs will check in regularly with Daniel Hyde who oversees the CIT program. 
  • Last day of the CIT program is Saturday, July 30th. 

Camp Overview

  • ​Experiencing all the different areas of camp life 
  • Cultivating leadership, team work, and problem solving skills
  • Developing a deeper relationship with Jesus
